No.F. 3(8)/Fin.(T&E)/2007-08 In exercise of the powers conferred by first proviso to clause (zd) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), the Lt. Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby, directs that the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, to be the date from which the proviso referred to above shall cease to be effective.
