The Trade And
Merchandise Marks Act,1958
8. (1) A trade mark may be registered in respect of any or all of the
goods comprised in a prescribed class of goods.
(2) Any question arising as to the class within which any goods fall
shall be determined by the Registrar whose decision in the matter shall be final.
