Retired as District
Valuation Officer (Immovable Properties) in 1996 from the Income Tax Department,
Mumbai, after putting in 35 years services in the Central Government in Central Public
Works Department and Income-tax Department in various positions as Executive Engineer /
Valuation Officer, Superintending Engineer / District Valuation Officer including 5 years
as an Indian Expert in Gulf (Basra, Iraq) on deputation from the Govt. of India. Has vast
experience in drafting of legal documents pertaining to immovable properties, valuation of
immovable properties for taxation and other purposes and planning, design, maintenance /
construction of immovable properties.
After retirement from Government service is registered as Govt.
Approved Valuer for Immovable Properties and presently is Director of M/s. Ramani Legal Services Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai.
