S.O. No. 1031(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of
the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) read with clause (d) of
sub-section (1) of Section 79A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) as inserted by
Companies (Amendment) Act, 1999 (1 of 1999), the Board, hereby, makes the following
regulations, namely :-
